Job Summary:

Accounts Executive

Tally

Role & responsibilities

Record daily revenue, expenses, and transactions in accounting software.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and documentation.
Perform monthly bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Prepare basic financial reports and share MIS for departments/projects.
Handle GST and TDS filings, payments, and reconciliations.
Support income tax documentation and ensure EPF, ESI, PT, and LWF compliance.
Process monthly payroll and reconcile salary sheets.
Maintain payroll records and statutory compliance trackers.
Manage export invoices and coordinate with banks on forex requirements.
Maintain accurate banking and financial documentation.
Assist statutory and internal auditors during audits.
Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and management for financial queries.
Support automation initiatives and implementation of new accounting tools.

Skills:

Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, bookkeeping principles, and financial reporting practices.
Hands-on experience in GST filing & reconciliation, TDS deduction and return filing, and payroll accounting.
Proficient in bank reconciliations, invoice management, and managing end-to-end accounting operations.
Practical experience using Tally and advanced MS Excel
Ability to maintain accuracy, meet deadlines, and manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
