Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Trainee to join our team at Lincoln Electric. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen interest in finance.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in preparing financial reports and statements according to company standards.
Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
