Job Description

Responsibilities
Responsible for all statutory compliances such as TDS and GST filingsHandled FDI and ODI compliances

Administered the closure of the Legal and Financial Due Diligence of the company

Responsible for closure of Statutory audit, Tax audit, and GST audit

Manage financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations

Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making

Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes

Monitor and manage cash flow and financial risks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives

Prepare financial reports and present them to stakeholders

Requirements
Qualified CA and must have 10-12 years of experience
