Finance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager with proven experience in the hospitality industry to oversee the financial health of our hotel/resort/restaurant operations. This role involves managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and delivering timely reports to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis. Prepare and manage annual budgets and monthly forecasts in coordination with department heads.. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to optimize profitability.. Monitor hotel KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, GOP, and EBITDA, ensuring alignment with financial goals.. Accounting & Financial Reporting. Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and cash flow management.. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP).. Ensure timely closing of financial periods and maintain accurate financial records.. Compliance & Controls. Ensure compliance with local tax laws, licensing requirements, and internal financial policies.. Manage internal audits and liaise with external auditors during annual audits.. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard the companys assets.. Team Leadership. Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team. Provide training and development to ensure team members are up-to-date with financial policies and systems.
