Finance Manager

We’re looking for an experienced GST professional to lead our GST department as Head of Department (HOD). This role is perfect for someone who combines technical expertise with leadership skills and enjoys mentoring teams while handling complex client needs.

What You’ll Do

1) Manage GST compliance and advisory work for 100+ clients, ensuring accuracy and timely filings.

2) Review and approve team outputs before client delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

3) Mentor, coach, and train junior staff to build technical and professional capabilities.

4) Stay updated on the latest GST and regulatory developments to keep the team ahead.

5) Collaborate with the Operations Manager to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

6) Take charge of high-value or sensitive client cases, offering strategic guidance.

What We’re Looking For

1) 3+ years of experience in GST compliance, advisory, and litigation.

2) Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams.

3) Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

4) Detail-oriented, with a passion for regulatory accuracy and process improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
