Finance Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end accounting operations

  including payables, receivables, banking, reconciliations, and general ledger control.
• Prepare and review

  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS dashboards, and performance reports

  for management.
• Ensure

  100% compliance

  with statutory requirements GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA filings and coordinate

  statutory, tax, and internal audits

  .
• Drive

  costing, budgeting, and variance analysis

  to support pricing strategies, operational efficiency, and profitability improvement.
• Monitor

  working capital, fund flow, and cash flow management

  to optimize liquidity and resource utilization.
• Liaise with

  banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities

  to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.
• Establish and enforce

  robust internal controls, financial SOPs, and risk management practices

  across departments.
• Provide

  strategic financial insights and analysis

  to support decision-making, new projects, and business expansion plans.
• Lead

  balance sheet finalization and consolidation

  with accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

  with 25 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in

  FMCG / Food processing / Manufacturing industry

  preferred.
• Strong knowledge of

  accounting standards, taxation, and compliance

  .
• Proficiency in

  Tally ERP / MS Excel

  .
