Finance Manager

Job Title: Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Reporting to: Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all financial accounting, reporting, and compliance functions in alignment with company policies and statutory regulations.

Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure, including preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax), and handle return filings/audits.

Coordinate and supervise statutory, internal, and tax audits; ensure timely resolution of audit queries.

Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports for management decision-making.

Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting systems (ERP), and drive process improvements.

Manage banking relationships, treasury operations, and cash flow management as required.

Mentor and develop junior finance/accounting team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business and regulatory matters

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA), with [48]+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience.

Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP/Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act, and direct/indirect tax laws.

Also has the knowledge of Global taxation for countries like USA, Singapore, Indonesia, Bangladesh, UAE, Vietnam etc.

Experience in accounting finalization, audits, compliance, and ERP (Zoho) environments.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Experience in industry sector tech/startup preferred.
