Responsibilities:
• Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Maintain accounts, MIS reports, and financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, audits, and compliance work.
• Monitor project finances, brokerage/commission payouts, and revenue tracking.
• Coordinate with sales & operations for project-wise financial updates.
• Control costs, analyse financial risks, and ensure smooth banking operations.
Requirements:
• Degree in Finance/Accounts or MBA Finance.
• Experience in real estate finance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting, cash flow & MIS.
• Good analytical, communication, and Excel skills.
