The position involves full-cycle corporate accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, internal controls, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with strong experience in corporate finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage external audits independently. ✅ Must-Haves Qualified CA (mandatory) Experience in manufacturing industry only Notice period of 30 days or less Based in Bangalore (preferred) Strong communication skills to interact with external auditors and internal stakeholders Proven experience in corporate finance, accounting, and statutory compliance 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions in compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.) using ERP/SAP Handle statutory compliance including timely payment and filing under direct and indirect tax laws Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors; respond to queries and ensure zero non-compliance Perform internal control procedures including inventory and fixed asset verification Ensure all required financial certifications, licenses, and registrations are obtained and renewed on time Contribute to process improvements and automation within finance functions Assist with additional accounting and finance projects as needed 🧠 Interview Process Quick turnaround for the right candidate 📬 Interested candidates who meet all mandatory criteria can apply with their updated resume.
