Urgent Hiring – Finance Executive (High Priority)

Industry: Contracting – Working with BSP, NMDC, NTPC, BHEL, and several other major clients

Position: Finance Executive
Location: Bhilai
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a relevant finance role
Qualification: Graduation + any finance-related degree

Preference: Male candidates only

Roles & Responsibilities – Finance Executive

1. Financial Operations & Accounting

• Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and records.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, billing, and invoicing.
• Ensure accurate entry of data in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers regularly.

2. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial files, vouchers, and statements.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports for management.

3. Compliance & Audit Support

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory norms.
• Assist in internal and external audit activities.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation (if applicable).

4. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with project sites for financial requirements and documentation.
• Communicate with clients for payment follow-ups and billing clarifications.
• Support management in budgeting and cost tracking.

5. Vendor & Client Financial Handling

• Manage vendor payments, purchase orders, and expense verification.
• Track client billing cycles and ensure timely submission of invoices.

6. Cash Flow & Budget Monitoring

• Assist in monitoring company cash flow and expenses.
• Prepare statements for management review and approvals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
