Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent sales skills, and the ability to analyse market trends to drive business growth. This role requires effective communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring that we meet and exceed customer expectations while achieving our sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all kinds of payments like Vendor, Salary, Statutory etc.
  • Take care of Banking processes like term Loan, Interest Calculation, Track record of Loan Payment and recent updates.
  • Must be efficient to handle CC limit renewal doc, Stock Audit & other day to day activities related to bank that include communication with the bank concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improve sales performance.
  • Utilise Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must have completed B.Com (Hons.), M.Com , MBA are preferable.
  • Must have excellent hands on Tally.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably as an Account Executive or similar position.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess data effectively and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
