Job Description

Job Overview:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Prepare, analyze, and report financial performance metrics.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making.
Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures to support effective budget management.

Accounting and Financial Reporting:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, and ensure cash flow management.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements.
Coordinate audits and manage relationships with auditors.
Identify financial risks and implement measures to mitigate them.

Cost Control and Expense Management:

Monitor and control expenses to ensure alignment with budgets.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses on various business activities.

Financial Systems and Tools:

Maintain and improve financial systems, tools, and databases.
Implement new tools to improve financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication:

Provide financial insights and support to other departments.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
