Job Title: Finance Manager Job Overview: The Finance Manager is responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and leading the finance team. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Cash Flow and Capital Management: Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. Manage investment strategies and optimize capital structure to support growth. Ensure efficient and effective capital allocation to maximize returns. Stakeholder Communication: Present financial reports and key insights to senior management and board members. Communicate with investors, creditors, and other stakeholders regarding financial performance. Provide financial advice to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications: Masters degree or MBA or Certification in ICWA Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus. Strong experience with financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
