JoySpoon, founded by childhood friends Vaishali and Yash from Pali, Rajasthan, is based in Ahmedabad. It began with the goal of offering high-quality, tasty mouth fresheners and mukhwas without added sugar Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial data in Excel using functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
Assist in GST filing, including data preparation, reconciliation, and uploading reports.
Support in daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Help with vendor and customer account reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for internal teams.
Coordinate with the finance team for audits, compliance, and other statutory filings.
Assist in basic accounting tasks and other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data management).
Basic understanding of GST processes and compliance.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience in finance/accounts.
Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software is a plus.
