1. Track and manage expenses for Haydays Resort, all farmland projects, and upcoming projects of Pazheri Properties & Developers.
2. Maintain detailed records of project budgets, actuals, and variance reports.
3. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and approval of expense reports.
4. Prepare monthly financial summaries for farm operations and escalate anomalies to the Director.
5. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for all projects.
6. Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables across multiple business units.
7. Support audits, statutory filings, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
8. Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal departments for financial documentation and reconciliations.
9. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
10. Maintain dashboards and MIS reports for real-time financial tracking.
11. Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and documented.
12. Maintain compliance with internal SOPs and external regulatory standards.
13. Support implementation of financial controls and process improvements.
14. Arrange all necessary details for finalisation work on time.
15. Forward daily financial reports to management.
16. Report any theft activity found inside the resort/projects to Head Office.
17. Update stock register and cash book on a daily basis.
