Work profile & KRA’S Position: Business Development Manager Projects: Residential Projec t , Menonpara / Kozhizampara Reporting to: Director Education : Civil Diploma / Btech Civil Graduates preferred / Real Estate experience The key performance indicators (KPIs) are as below Sales and Business Development: 1. Achieve site visit conversion rate from leads 2. Closing: Achieve closing from site visits 3. Provide timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and issues. 4. Ensure high client satisfaction through exceptional service and support. 5. For customers who have given advance tokens, ensure timely follow-up, closing, and registration processes are completed efficiently. 6. For customers requiring banking loans, follow up with tie-up banks, assist with loan processing, and maintain accurate data on loan applications. 7. Negotiate with clients to achieve favourable terms and close deals. 8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and property details. 9. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and current updates through DOMM meetings & weekly strategic meetings 10. Collaborate effectively with Internal teams (Marketing, Legal, Civil, CRM, CRE, Tele callers) to enhance client experience. 11. Be available to receive customers and coordinate site visits. 12.
