Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Job Description

  • Fee Payment Verification: Ensure timely and accurate verification of student fee payments across platforms/payment portals and bank statements.

  • Coordinate with external vendor finance partners to complete API integration with internal software systems.

  • Loan Mapping: Coordinate with financial institutions and internal teams to map education loans to student accounts.

  • Scholarship Fee Concession Management: Validate eligibility, apply concessions, and maintain audit trails.

  • Refund Processing: Handle refund requests in compliance with institutional policies and timelines.

  • Invoicing to Service Providers: Generate and manage invoices for third-party service providers, ensuring alignment with contractual terms.

  • Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile incoming and outgoing payments, maintaining up-to-date records and resolving discrepancies.

  • MIS Reporting: Generate monthly financial summaries, dashboards, and performance insights.

  • Budgeting Assistance: Collaborate in preparing departmental budgets and forecasting.

Skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic automation, etc. )
  • Hands-on experience with financial software.
  • ERP systems, and accounting tools (Tally, etc. )
  • Competence in financial reporting.
  • MIS reports, and budgeting support .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
