Finance Delivery Lead, SAP (SAP S/4HANA Finance Functional Manager)

As a Finance Delivery Lead, SAP at Barry Callebaut, you will play a crucial role in managing a global team of Business Analysts and outsourced partners to support the ongoing operational management of the SAP environment, incident management, and change management. Your responsibilities will include conferring with and advising business analysts on administrative policies and procedures, operational problems, priorities, and methods. Additionally, you will review and evaluate work, prepare performance reports, and mentor business analysts for career development and performance improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a global team of Business Analysts and outsourced partners for operational management of the SAP environment - Provide advice on administrative policies and procedures, operational issues, priorities, and methods - Review and evaluate work, prepare performance reports, and mentor business analysts for career development Qualifications Required: - Graduation degree in IT/technology, data, computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP finance applications - Certification in SAP development or relevant SAP modules - Strong knowledge of SAP finance modules integration with other SAP modules - Proficiency in English - Team management experience with 45 direct reports - Experience in managing outsourced partners - Involvement in 23 full-cycle implementation projects with end-to-end and end-user experience In your role, you will be expected to drive incident and problem management, manage change management procedures in SAP, and participate in SAP projects as a subject matter expert.
