Job Title Controller CoE ISC Procurement Analyst

You have an opportunity to:

• As our new Procurement Analyst within the Finance Controlling Center of Excellence, you will play a key role in supporting the Procurement Controlling agenda, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and performance visibility across all Procurement cost areas, covering both Direct and Indirect Spend.
• You will be responsible for the planning, reporting, and analysis of Procurement-related financials, partnering closely with Procurement Managers, Finance Business Partners, and Operations teams to drive informed business decisions and continuous improvement within the Finance Operations organization.
• In addition, you will actively participate in process improvement and automation initiatives, aiming to enhance reporting efficiency and provide greater transparency to the business through data-driven insights and standardized solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the month-end closing processes for Procurement, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Provide meaningful analysis of Procurement financial performance.
• Support financial planning and performance management for Procurement.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of Procurement financial data across systems (SAP, Databricks, Power BI).
• Ensure timely update and integrity of Purchase Info Records (PIR).
• Calculate and validate Procurement savings.
• Build collaboration with Procurement Managers and Finance Partners.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools.
• Support standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Respond to Procurement-related queries and provide ad-hoc analysis.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Around 10 years of experience in financial controlling, procurement finance, or business analysis.
• Strong experience in procurement processes, FP&A, cost control, and savings tracking.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and influence.
• Strong analytical skills and judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Skills in Excel (Macros, Power Query), SAP, Power BI, PowerPoint. Databricks/SQL is a plus.
• Understanding of LEAN principles.
• Excellent English communication.
