Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of

    P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

    for the region.
  • Manage

    plant accounting, sales accounting, and MIS reporting

    across multiple plant sites.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support growth, cost optimization & process improvements.
  • Lead and mentor the regional finance team.
  • Ensure smooth financial operations and reporting across 4+ plant locations.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Qualification:

    CA (Inter/Qualified), ICWA (Inter/Qualified), or MBA in Finance

    .

  • 10+ years

    of core finance & controllership experience in

    FMCG / Food & Beverage / Manufacturing (Plant Accounting required)

    .
  • Proficiency in

    SAP (HANA preferred)

    and MIS/reporting tools.
  • Candidate must currently be based in

    Assam / West Bengal / North-East region

    .
  • Strong leadership and business development mindset with proven plant finance expertise.
