Job Description

Ensure accurate recording of inventory, wastage, and cost of goods sold (COGS). Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms. Analyze food and labor costs, margins, and overall café performance. Manage and reconcile point-of-sale (POS) and accounting system data. Oversee daily financial transactions including sales reporting, cash flow tracking, supplier payments, and payroll. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred). 4–6 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
