Finance Controller

Role Overview: You will be assisting the AGM, Finance in meeting external and internal reporting requirements, ensuring financial planning and analysis is carried out for timely decision-making, monitoring the working capital of group companies, and supporting group entities in Audit and Finalisation as well as direct and indirect tax matters. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out month-end activities for hard closing of month, quarter, and annual periods for internal and external reporting - Issue monthly and annual financial reports (Statutory, IFRS, MIS) for stand-alone entities and the consolidated group - Develop budgets and annual operating plans in alignment with policies and instructions - Prepare fortnightly and quarterly forecasts - Perform variance analysis of actual vs AOP and actual vs Forecast Group Corporate Accounts - Monitor and coordinate general accounting operations from all locations, departments, and functions for online, monthly, and annual reporting objectives - Prepare rolling liquidity forecasts and monitor bank balance and borrowing position daily - Coordinate with Local accountants and auditors for timely accounting of revenues, costs, assets, and liabilities - Control fixed assets, accounting, and accurate capitalization of projects, including monitoring sales/disposal of assets and checking depreciation runs - Scrutinize vendors, customers, and general ledger accounts - Attend queries raised by Statutory Auditors during finalization of accounts - Keep control of actual spending with respect to budgets - Prepare and maintain supporting documents/schedules for annual accounts - Support Tax and Legal team for secretarial and legal work, as required - Support entities for factual data for legal documentation and resolutions Qualification Required: - CA/ICWA or CMA - 5 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in a multinational manufacturing organization Additional Company Details (if any): Omit this section as no additional details of the company are provided in the job description.,
