Inclination to analyse data and financial statements 2. Connect with operational workflows of the client and map it in a diagram 3. Good at analysing the root cause of a problem and driving solutions for insightful decision making 4. Act as a contact point to interact with clients and perform liasioning work 5. Develop and implement detailed audit plans for statutory, internal, and management audits 6. Train, mentor, and guide junior staff and assistants 7. Ensure audits comply with applicable laws, regulations, and auditing/accounting standards (e.g., Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, etc.). 8. Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to clients and senior management 9. Stay updated with changes in accounting, auditing and tax regulations 10. Enhance audit methodologies and processes to ensure efficiency and quality Key Requirements 1.In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements 2.Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively. 3.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions Qualifications: CA Qualified, CA Inter Show more Show less
