Salary:

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Head with 10+ years of experience in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate should be responsible, well-versed in statutory compliance, and possess strong communication and leadership skills. You will be in charge of overseeing all financial operations, managing the accounts team, and ensuring compliance with financial laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire finance and accounts operations
• Handle GST filings, returns, and compliance
• Oversee TDS deductions, payments, and filings
• Finalize books of accounts and prepare financial statements
• Ensure statutory and legal compliance
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants
• Provide regular financial reports to management
• Lead and supervise the accounts team
• Implement and improve internal financial systems

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts (FMCG preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and book finalization
• Proficient in Tally/ERP and accounting tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a team and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
