Job Summary: The Finance and Accounts Manager oversees all financial activities of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensures compliance with statutory regulations and company policies, and provides strategic financial insights to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, examine, and analyse financial statements and reports. Manage the entire accounting process, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and audits. Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with statutory laws and corporate policies. Coordinate with external auditors during audits. Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures. Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis. Manage a team of finance and accounts professionals. Requirements: Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Accounts Manager, or similar role. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Doing CA Intermediate, Articleship or final. Candidates who have quit CA after the Intermediate or Articleship are also eligible Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Manufacturing, Pharma/Nutraceuticals, FMCG, etc.] Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. MS Office suite, SAP, Oracle, Tally)
