Build & Lead Finance & Accounting Staffing Business | Leadership Role @ Orcapod

What You’ll Do

Build & lead the
Finance & Accounting staffing vertical
from the ground up.
Manage and expand client relationships (domestic & global) with strong
cross-selling opportunities
.
Drive
client acquisition
and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
Take full
P&L ownership
and lead business growth strategy.
Build a network of
consultants and delivery teams
across finance, accounting & compliance.
Deliver excellence in
revenue, profitability, client & employee satisfaction
.

What We’re Looking For

CA / IPCC (both groups cleared) / MBA Finance
.
Proven success in
running/managing staffing businesses
in Finance, Accounting, or Compliance.
Strong
entrepreneurial mindset
and ability to take risks.
Experience with
Indian & international clients
is a strong plus.
