Your Impact


We are looking for a highly organized and certified Project Manager (PMP) to lead projects with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex projects across. This role involves coordinating with teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires excellent communication, and organizational skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
  • Execution and Monitoring: Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring tasks are completed to specifications. Monitor performance, track progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, managing team workloads and ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and tools.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, lessons learned, and post-project evaluations.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred or equivalent experience and a proven ability to deliver projects successfully.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance or relevant field and a Masters degree is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Finance and operations projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical Skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who actively handles challenges to meet business commitments and partner's expectations
  • Proficiency in Excel, Hyperion/Essbase, Business Objects, and PowerPoint
