Finance & Accounts Specialist

Purpose/Objective

The Finance & Accounts Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting Adani Corporate Services' financial planning, analysis, and operational efficiency. This role is designed to ensure robust financial management, leveraging ERP systems and advanced accounting practices to align with the strategic goals of Adani Corporate Services. The position will contribute to the financial health of the organization by delivering accurate financial insights, optimizing processes, and supporting the group’s centralized governance framework.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Domain Expertise • In-depth knowledge of financial planning, accounting principles, and reporting standards. • Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks and centralized financial operations. • Experience in financial risk management and cash flow optimization. Digital & Operational Tools • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle for financial management. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis. • Familiarity with financial reporting tools and dashboards for performance tracking. Leadership Capabilities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial challenges. • Effective communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights to stakeholders. • Ability to collaborate across departments and influence decision-making processes. • Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Qualifications & Experience • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional certification is essential. • 5–6 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting, preferably within a corporate or conglomerate environment. • Proven expertise in utilizing ERP systems for financial management and reporting.
