Job Description

We are hiring a Finance & Accounts Manager (CA) to lead our accounting operations and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, technically strong, and capable of managing statutory compliance and team coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
Finalize accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end book closure
Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, ratios, dashboards, and analysis
Manage statutory compliance for GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Professional Tax, and Income Tax
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Establish and implement strong internal controls and standard operating procedures
Manage treasury activities, bank transactions, and cash flow
Optimize expenses and support budgeting and cost-control initiatives
Assist in business planning, financial strategy, and decision support

Skills & Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
Proven experience in leading a finance/accounts team
Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools
Ability to work accurately within deadlines and handle multiple priorities
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
