Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Manager (CA) to lead our accounting and finance operations. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining statutory compliance, and managing the finance team efficiently while supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures
Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, dashboards, ratios, and analyses
Manage statutory compliance for GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Professional Tax, and Income Tax
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and standard operating procedures
Manage treasury operations, bank transactions, and cash flow
Optimize expenses and support budgeting and cost-control initiatives
Assist in business planning, financial strategy, and decision-making

Skills & Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – mandatory
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance regulations
Proven experience leading a finance/accounts team
Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools
Ability to work accurately under deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
