Job Description

We are seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager (CA) to lead our accounting operations and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and skilled in statutory compliance and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
Ensure timely month-end and year-end account closures
Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, dashboards, ratios, and analyses
Manage statutory compliance for GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Professional Tax, and Income Tax
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Implement and maintain strong internal controls and standard operating procedures
Manage treasury operations, bank transactions, and cash flow
Optimize expenses and support budgeting and cost-control initiatives
Assist in business planning, financial strategy, and decision-making

Skills & Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – mandatory
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance requirements
Proven experience in leading a finance/accounts team
Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools
Ability to work accurately under deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
