Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Account Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The Finance Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial processes, managing client accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• System Overhaul:

   Fix chaotic accounting, implement systematic Tally processes

• Financial Control:

   GST compliance, cash flow management, equipment ROI tracking

• Team Leadership:

   Train staff, create SOPs, establish month-end closing protocols

• Business Integration:

   Event-wise costing, vendor management, expansion financial planning

Must-Have Skills

• Expert Tally ERP, Zoho Books familiarity
• Attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
• Street-smart business acumen to spot inefficiencies
• Team leadership with process-building mindset
• Event/rental industry experience preferred
