Key Responsibilities :-
Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations for the JV.
Prepare and present accurate financial statements in line with Ind-AS, IFRS, and JV policies. Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models; track variances and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA, transfer pricing).
Manage audits, strengthen internal controls, and establish strong governance frameworks. Oversee treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital management.
Provide strategic financial insights to support plant operations, CAPEX, pricing, and business growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop the local finance team; drive ERP/SAP implementation and process digitalization.
