Role Overview: As an experienced Account Executive at Monami Catering Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial accounting functions of the company. Your role will involve ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient handling of all day-to-day accounting tasks. This hands-on position requires a strong understanding of accounting standards and meticulous attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations. - Prepare and analyze financial statements such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. - Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings. - Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. - Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts. - Coordinate with auditors for annual audit processes and assist with internal audits. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Ensure compliance with company policies and Indian accounting standards. - Liaise with banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required. - Mentor and guide junior accountants and support staff. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com). - Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books), Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling), Sound knowledge of Indian Taxation and Companies Act. - Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and organizational abilities. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Ethical and trustworthy with confidential information.
