About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Figma Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI/UX design and a deep understanding of Figma as the primary design tool. You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create modern, clean, and responsive UI designs for web and mobile platforms using Figma.

2. Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and app functionality.

3. Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.

4. Conduct user research and usability testing to improve overall user experience.

5. Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.

6. Work closely with clients/stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective designs.

7. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, Variants, Design Systems, etc.).

2. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and responsive design.

3. Ability to convert ideas or references into pixel-perfect designs.

4. Knowledge of color theory, typography, spacing, and layout balance.

5. Experience collaborating with developers and handing off assets through Figma.

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

7. Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

1. Familiarity with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects.

2. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end development principles.

3. Experience with designing dashboards, SaaS platforms, or mobile apps.

4. Knowledge of design accessibility (WCAG) standards.

Education:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

2. A strong design portfolio showcasing your work in Figma is required.
