Job Title: Field Training Specialist

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, aligning them with company values, policies, and service standards.
• Deliver

  in-field, hands-on training

  across multiple locations, ensuring consistent implementation of skills and processes.

• Design, record, and develop training modules and videos

  tailored to real-life service scenarios.
• Continuously update training materials to stay aligned with evolving operational needs.
• Verify and assess staff regularly to ensure skill retention and service quality.
• Measure training effectiveness using performance data, attrition trends, and customer feedback; recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted interventions.
• Foster engagement and career growth among staff through ongoing development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Hospitality, HR, or Business preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in

  training delivery and module creation

  (including video-based content).
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively for

  on-ground training assignments

  .
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic video editing or digital training tools is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Prior exposure to retail, hospitality, or service industries.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms.
• Proven record of reducing attrition or enhancing customer satisfaction through training.
