Field Training Associate

The Field Training Specialist plays a crucial role in creating and delivering impactful training programs for frontline staff to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence. As a proactive and detail-oriented professional, you will be responsible for conducting onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, aligning them with company values, policies, and service standards. Additionally, you will deliver hands-on training across multiple locations, design engaging training modules and videos, and continuously update training materials to meet evolving operational needs. Your key responsibilities will include verifying and assessing staff regularly to ensure skill retention and service quality, measuring training effectiveness through performance data and customer feedback, and collaborating with Operations and HR to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted interventions. Furthermore, you will be expected to foster engagement and career growth among staff through ongoing development initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with 2-4 years of experience in training delivery and module creation, including video-based content. Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to travel extensively for on-ground training assignments. Being organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently is crucial, while proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of video editing or digital training tools would be advantageous. Preferred experience includes prior exposure to retail, hospitality, or service industries, familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms, and a proven record of reducing attrition or enhancing customer satisfaction through training initiatives.
