Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Trainer, based in Navsari. The Field Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new and existing staff, ensuring all team members understand and adhere to company standards, and maintaining training records. The role includes traveling to various outlets, assessing training needs, developing training materials, and providing continuous support to enhance employee performance and customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess training needs and develop relevant training materials
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
