As an Operations Trainer at the BHPL in India, your role will involve driving Training Certification scores and Employee P&L by conducting field reviews of training tools, processes, and capability. You will also be responsible for assessing the impact of training initiatives on business performance indicators. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Operations function by conducting training programs to implement global initiatives that ensure consistent delivery of high operating standards, drive sales, and profitability at store and building levels. - Building the training capability of field trainers by providing training tools, conducting training reviews, and CORE program refreshers. - Supporting Marketing initiatives by creating and cascading training tools and processes system-wide. - Ensuring comprehensive operations on-boarding of new staff and operations teams. - Executing Customer Mania mindset training on a quarterly basis. - Monitoring learner training performance on the job and certifying buddy trainers to train. - Conducting a minimum of 2 one-to-one sessions with each learner during regular structured restaurant visits. - Checking training Records for all learners through RGM level and providing tools and resources to the restaurants for training. - Updating training tools and material as required. - Interviewing and evaluating candidates for EXPERT buddy trainer positions. - Measuring the success of training and providing RGM with feedback through the Team member Training Scorecard. - Training restaurant teams for new product rollouts and coordinating with training resources for national training initiatives. - Preparing and executing orientation and training for all new joiners and Management team members. In terms of qualifications and experience, you should have: - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. - Good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. - Exceptional team building capability. - A Graduate degree or a 3-year Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management with a minimum of 5 years of work experience, out of which 2 years should be at a supervisory role. - Aged between 25 to 30 years.
