Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navsari for a Field Trainer NSO & NSO Team Member at Ajay’s Cafe. The Field Trainer & Team Member will be responsible for training new and existing team members, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures, and maintaining operational excellence. Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting team members in their daily tasks. The role also involves ensuring high standards of customer service and contributing to the creation of a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in training and development

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and quality control

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing demands

• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Hospitality Management or related field are an advantage
