Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Technician located in Gurgaon. The Field Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring optimal functioning of home automation devices. Daily tasks will include installation and configuration of home automation devices, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring compliance with standard installation manuals. Coordination with architect/interiors, electrical team and customers will also be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in home automation device installation, diagnostics, and configuration
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
• Proficient knowledge of standard installation procedures
• Good communication and customer service capabilities
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certification or diploma in electrical or electronics field is preferred
• 1 to 2 years of experience working similar field
• Willingness to travel or commute as required
