Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Technician located in Mumbai. The Field Technician will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing elevators and escalators. Daily tasks include performing routine checks, troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing high-quality service to clients. The Field Technician will also document service activities and report any discrepancies or needs for further maintenance.

Qualifications

• Installation, maintenance, and repair skills for elevators and escalators
• Ability to perform routine checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant technical education or certification
• Prior experience in the elevator or vertical mobility industry is a plus
