Field Support & Training Executive

As a School Support and Mental Health Assistant, your role involves visiting schools regularly to provide training and support on the use of applications/tools. You will assist in conducting psychological assessments and evaluations, as well as provide support during individual and group therapy sessions under supervision. Additionally, you will be responsible for researching and compiling case studies on various mental health conditions, helping to develop and implement intervention strategies and programs, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client/school records. Your key responsibilities will include: - Visiting schools regularly to provide training and support on the use of applications/tools - Assisting in conducting psychological assessments and evaluations - Providing support during individual and group therapy sessions under supervision - Researching and compiling case studies on various mental health conditions - Helping develop and implement intervention strategies and programs - Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client/school records - Following up with teachers and staff to ensure smooth adoption of the application and address challenges faced - Collecting and sharing feedback from stakeholders for continuous improvement - Contributing to mental health awareness campaigns, workshops, and capacity-building sessions For this role, the qualifications and skills required include: - Bachelors degree in any field (Psychology, Education, or Special Education background is a plus, but not mandatory) - Good technical proficiency with computers, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Meet - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently - Must have a laptop and stable internet connection - Having a vehicle for local travel is highly desirable - Willingness to travel frequently within the city and nearby areas Join us in making a difference in the mental health and education sector by applying for this rewarding position.,
