Field Supervisor

Job Title: Supervisor Department: Production / Operations / Sales (as applicable) Experience Required: 2–5 Years Location: Bediya keema Nemawer Road Indore Reporting To: Manager / Senior Supervisor Job Summary:We are seeking a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow in the assigned department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively to meet production, quality, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of workers or staff in the department. Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met on time. Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of team members. Maintain proper records of production, materials, and work reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality procedures. Identify operational issues and suggest improvements for efficiency. Train, motivate, and guide workers to improve productivity. Coordinate with other departments (maintenance, quality, store, etc.) for smooth operations. Handle shift duties and report daily performance to management. Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines, tools, and materials. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate / Diploma in any stream Production preferred for manufacturing). 2–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing / operations / FMCG / warehouse. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of production processes, safety norms, and quality control. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel). Willing to work in shifts if required. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Production efficiency and output. Quality and defect control. Team performance and discipline. Safety compliance. Timely reporting and documentation.
