📌 ILU Cargo – Branch ManagerDuties & Responsibilities (ड्यूटी एवं जिम्मेदारियां)1. Branch Operations Management (ब्रांच संचालन प्रबंधन)Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the cargo branch. शाखा के दैनिक संचालन को सुचारू रूप से संचालित करना। 2. Customer Service & Client Relations (ग्राहक सेवा एवं क्लाइंट रिलेशन)Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly. ग्राहकों की समस्याओं, शिकायतों को सुनना और शीघ्र समाधान करना। Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business. मौजूदा ग्राहकों के साथ मजबूत संबंध बनाए रखना और नया व्यवसाय लाना। 3. Staff Management & Team Leadership (स्टाफ प्रबंधन एवं टीम नेतृत्व)Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff. शाखा के स्टाफ की भर्ती, प्रशिक्षण एवं निगरानी करना। Motivate team for better productivity and discipline. टीम को बेहतर उत्पादकता और अनुशासन के लिए प्रेरित करना। 4. Financial Management (वित्तीय प्रबंधन)Monitor branch income, expenses, and profitability. शाखा की आय, व्यय और लाभप्रदता पर नज़र रखना। Ensure timely cash deposit, bank transactions, and financial reporting. समय पर कैश जमा, बैंक लेन-देन और वित्तीय रिपोर्टिंग सुनिश्चित करना। 5. Cargo & Logistics Operations (कार्गो एवं लॉजिस्टिक संचालन)Ensure proper cargo booking, loading, unloading, and timely dispatch. कार्गो बुकिंग, लोडिंग, अनलोडिंग एवं समय पर डिस्पैच सुनिश्चित करना। Monitor transit time and delivery commitments. पारगमन समय और डिलीवरी प्रतिबद्धताओं पर निगरानी रखना। 6. Compliance & Documentation (अनुपालन एवं दस्तावेज़ीकरण)Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and legal regulations. कंपनी की नीतियों, सुरक्षा नियमों और कानूनी प्रावधानों का पालन करवाना। Verify documents related to consignments, billing, GST, and transport permits. कंसाइनमेंट, बिलिंग, जीएसटी एवं परिवहन परमिट से संबंधित दस्तावेजों की जांच करना। 7. Business Development (व्यवसाय विकास)Identify new markets, customers, and opportunities for cargo services. कार्गो सेवाओं के लिए नए बाज़ार, ग्राहक और अवसर पहचानना। Implement local marketing strategies to increase revenue. राजस्व बढ़ाने हेतु स्थानीय मार्केटिंग रणनीतियाँ लागू करना। 8. Reporting & Coordination (रिपोर्टिंग एवं समन्वय)Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Head Office. हेड ऑफिस को दैनिक, साप्ताहिक एवं मासिक रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करना। Coordinate with other branches, hubs, and departments. अन्य शाखाओं, हब्स एवं विभागों के साथ समन्वय करना।
