📑 Tele Sales & Marketing Executive – Job Profile(एलू कार्गो इंडस्ट्रियल लॉजिस्टिक अंब्रेला हेतु) 1. Role Overview / भूमिका परिचयEnglish: The Tele Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating business through telephonic communication, maintaining client databases, promoting services digitally, coordinating with field sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. हिंदी: टेली सेल्स एवं मार्केटिंग एग्जीक्यूटिव का कार्य फ़ोन कॉल, ईमेल और डिजिटल माध्यम से नए ग्राहकों को जोड़ना, क्लाइंट डाटाबेस बनाए रखना, सेवाओं का प्रचार करना, फील्ड टीम के साथ समन्वय करना और ग्राहक संतुष्टि सुनिश्चित करना होगा। 2. Key Responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँEnglish: Make 70–100 outbound calls per day to potential clients. Share company profile, brochures, and service details via WhatsApp/Email. Convert leads into confirmed clients. Coordinate with field executives for client visits & onboarding. Maintain CRM / client database updated daily. Handle inbound client queries professionally. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. हिंदी: प्रतिदिन 70–100 आउटबाउंड कॉल संभावित ग्राहकों को करना। कंपनी प्रोफाइल, ब्रोशर और सेवा विवरण व्हाट्सएप/ईमेल से भेजना। लीड को पक्का ग्राहक में बदलना। फील्ड एग्जीक्यूटिव के साथ मिलकर क्लाइंट विज़िट और ऑनबोर्डिंग कराना। प्रतिदिन CRM / क्लाइंट डाटाबेस अपडेट करना। ग्राहकों की इनबाउंड क्वेरी को प्रोफ़ेशनल ढंग से संभालना। साप्ताहिक एवं मासिक सेल्स टारगेट प्राप्त करना। 3. Coordination / समन्वयEnglish: Coordinate with branch managers for lead assignment. Share daily tele-call status with the sales manager. Align with operations team for service commitment. हिंदी: ब्रांच मैनेजर के साथ लीड असाइनमेंट के लिए समन्वय। प्रतिदिन टेली-कॉल स्टेटस सेल्स मैनेजर को भेजना। ऑपरेशन टीम के साथ मिलकर सेवाओं की डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित करना। 4. Promotion & Publicity / प्रचार-प्रसारEnglish: Run WhatsApp campaigns, email campaigns, and cold calls. Share offers, seasonal discounts, and schemes with clients. Promote “One Nation One Transport” brand identity. हिंदी: व्हाट्सएप कैंपेन, ईमेल कैंपेन और कोल्ड कॉलिंग करना। ऑफ़र, सीज़नल डिस्काउंट और स्कीम ग्राहकों तक पहुँचाना। “वन नेशन वन ट्रांसपोर्ट” ब्रांड की पहचान को बढ़ावा देना। 5. Field Visit System / विज़िटिंग सिस्टम(For Marketing Executives) English: Visit minimum 8–10 confirmed clients per day (based on tele-leads). Collect feedback and strengthen relationships. Present reports to tele sales team after visits. हिंदी: प्रतिदिन 8–10 ग्राहकों से मिलना (टेली लीड के आधार पर)। ग्राहकों से फीडबैक लेना और संबंध मजबूत करना। विज़िट के बाद टेली सेल्स टीम को रिपोर्ट देना। 6. DRS (Daily Reporting System) / दैनिक रिपोर्टिंग सिस्टमEnglish: Number of calls made. Leads generated. Conversions achieved. Follow-ups pending. Issues faced / client feedback. हिंदी: किए गए कॉल की संख्या। उत्पन्न हुई लीड। हुए कन्वर्ज़न। पेंडिंग फ़ॉलो-अप। सामने आई समस्याएँ / ग्राहक फीडबैक। 7. Reporting System / रिपोर्टिंग व्यवस्थाEnglish: Daily report (DRS) to branch manager by evening. Weekly performance review meeting. Monthly revenue contribution report. हिंदी: प्रतिदिन शाम तक ब्रांच मैनेजर को DRS देना। साप्ताहिक परफॉर्मेंस रिव्यू मीटिंग। मासिक राजस्व योगदान रिपोर्ट देना। 8. Targets & Growth / लक्ष्य और विकासEnglish: Achieve 20–25 new client conversions per month. Ensure minimum 15% revenue growth from assigned accounts.
