Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Services Engineer based in Bengaluru with some work from home flexibility. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for on-site services, including troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and customer service. Daily tasks will involve diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, maintaining detailed service records, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
