Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and commissioning of machinery at client locations
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support
  • Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance
  • Train customer personnel on machine operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and improvements

Requirements:

  • Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics
  • 2–5 years of experience in machine servicing or field support
  • Knowledge of packaging/process machinery is preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively (India & abroad)
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
