Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for laboratory equipment. The role includes interacting with customers to address their service requests, ensuring equipment operates effectively, and conducting regular maintenance checks to prevent equipment failures. Additionally, the engineer will provide technical advice and training to customers when necessary.

• Field Service and Technical Support skills
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Relevant technical degree or certification in a related field
• Experience in the laboratory equipment or life science industry is a plus
