Role Description

This is on-site role for a Field Services Engineer. Key responsibilities include performing field service duties like installation and Commissioning, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and executing preventive maintenance activities for process reciprocating compressor. The role requires regular interaction with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

Technical expertise in Field Service, installation and Commissioning Troubleshooting, and Maintenance
Proficiency in providing Technical Support to diagnose and resolve equipment and system issues
Strong Customer Service skills to address client concerns and foster positive relationships
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic field environments
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
